We offer a 30-day return window for all apparel. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Do the bikes come fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. We include a comprehensive tool kit and video guide to help you finish the assembly, or you can take it to a local shop for professional tuning.

What warranty do you offer on frames?

All Pedal Jetz frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components like drivetrains and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically for 1-2 years.

Do you offer international shipping for parts and accessories?
